Treherne Collegiate provides a number of student services which enhance the programming of the school. The Guidance Department provides counselling in a number of different areas which include: career decisions, emotional support, health-related issues and school concerns. The team consists of Alison Delf-Timmerman, Guidance Counsellor, Natasha Baker, Social Worker, Rodney Jones Mental Health Worker and Pam Sheffield-Public Health Nurse. The Resource Department provides programming for students who require adaptations or modifications in their courses. These programming decisions are spear-headed by this department, but are always in collaboration with the teachers, parents and students involved. The resource team is as follows: Alison Delf-Timmerman, Guidance Counsellor, Krista Zeghers, Resource Teacher, Donna Cuddy ADP teacher, and 6 paraeducators working under this team to provide the most appropriate programming for all the students of TCI.
